My firm was originally founded in 1988 after I had practiced law for eleven years with another local firm. The firm is located in an area of four states: Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana (37 miles), and Oklahoma (35 miles). I am licensed to practice in both Texas and Arkansas and often associate with attorneys from Louisiana and Oklahoma.

The firm serves clients regularly throughout East Texas and Southwest Arkansas in both State and Federal Courts. The territory in East Texas includes Texarkana South to Lufkin; eastward, including, Longview, Tyler, Palestine, Henderson and westward from Texarkana along the I-30 corridor including Mt. Pleasant, Sulphur Springs and Greenville. We also cover the west Highway 82 corridor from Texarkana including Clarksville, Paris, Bonham and Sherman. The Southwest Arkansas region carries us north from Texarkana through Ashdown, DeQueen and Mena; eastward to Glenwood and Hot Springs. We also cover the I-30 corridor east from Texarkana including Hope, Prescott, Arkadelphia, Malvern and all the way to Little Rock, as well as the Highway 82 east corridor from Texarkana to Lewisville, Magnolia and El Dorado.

My Federal Court practice includes all of the Divisions in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas: Texarkana, Marshall, Tyler, Lufkin, Beaumont, Paris and Sherman; and all of the Divisions in the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas: Texarkana, Hot Springs and El Dorado.

My office is conveniently located to each of these geographical areas of practice which allows us to serve a larger area of clientele.
